
Shipping and Returns Policy
Due to an influx of wholesale and private label orders, current dispatch time is 7-9 days roughly, but this may change. I ask that you consider this, as I run Jesscustomnails on my own, and I have to get through hundreds of Cuticle Oils per week sometimes. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Please note all Shipping Costs are the costs provided by Royal Mail and/or Hermes. Allow roughly 7-9 Days after placing your order for us to process your order, and then it will be shipped. You will be emailed an order confirmation once your parcel has been shipped.
Because of Brexit, it is possible that EU Recipients may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country that the parcel is being sent to and the value of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for this charge, the shipping cost you pay on our website only covers what we pay to send the item out. If you refuse your parcel due to import tax/VAT we will deduct this and the delivery charges from your refund as it will be billed to us.

We are not responsible for any parcels that get damaged, lost or stolen during shipping, including parcels with tracked shipping. We kindly ask that you consider that Royal Mail are facing delays and UK Parcels can take up to a fortnight to arrive. On the rare occasion that your Parcel does happen to be lost/damaged/delayed we suggest submitting a claim on the Royal Mail website or phoning your local depot and ask them whereabouts your parcel is.
Ensure you include the correct address on your order as once the order has been shipped it will be sent to the address provided by you and we are not responsible for errors regarding address. If you discover that you entered the incorrect address, be sure to contact info@jesscustomnails.com within the first 24 hours of placing your order with us. There is a possibility that your order may already have been shipped, and if so there is nothing Jesscustomnails are able to do about it. Once we have shipped your order, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels, we advise that you contact Royal Mail and discuss it with them.
Return Policy:
Thank you for your purchase. Here at Jesscustomnails we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order as you received the wrong products or the products you received were faulty, you may return it to us.
Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the date that you received your parcel. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process:
To return an item please email Customers Services at info@jesscustomnails.com to make us aware of the issue with your parcel, please provide a description of the fault, order number and photographical evidence. If the product/products meet our Return Policy Guidelines and there is a legitimate fault with the order, please return your parcel to the return address on the shipping label.
Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest you use a trackable method to mail your return. Once we have received the return parcel, we will refund you the amount that you paid for your order. The refund may not immediately show up or be recognisable in your Bank Account/PayPal so we kindly ask that you consider this.
